Carl Lovas

Carl Lovas is a distinguished Canadian business leader who currently serves as the Chairman & CEO of Odgers Berndtson in Canada and is a member of the firm's international board.

With a wealth of experience in executive search, Carl founded what is now Odgers Berndtson in Canada back in 1990, uniting some of the country's top executive search professionals.

Before entering the search industry, he held various senior management positions at Xerox Corporation in both Canada and the United States.

Carl Lovas holds a Business Degree from McGill University, and he is actively involved in different advisory and governing councils, including the Toronto Region Board of Trade Advisory Council and the Sunnybrook Foundation Governing Council.

His past leadership roles include serving as a Board Director for CIBC Trust Corporation, Chair at Tourism Toronto, and Chair of the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants).
