Carl Lauron is an experienced logistics and transportation professional, with 13 years of operational experience in freight forwarding. He is the founder of BuyCo, an innovative collaborative platform aimed at simplifying the shipping process for importers, exporters, and freight forwarders. Carl also has eight years of consulting expertise in strategy and operational process optimization. With a continuous improvement focus, he has implemented growth and change management initiatives in international and multicultural contexts across five continents.

Carl received his education from Prépa Stanislas and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris. He has held prior positions as Business Development and Innovation Vice President, CMA CGM Logistics Managing Director, and Cost Cutting Deputy Vice President at CMA CGM, an international container transportation and shipping company. He has also served as Partner at YKems, International Key Account Director at ANTALIS, Logistics Manager UK at Lafarge, and Associate at A.T. Kearney.

As a former Chef de Peloton de Combat in the Armée de Terre, Carl brings his discipline and leadership skills to his professional pursuits.
