I managed a team of PMs responsible for platforms and user experiences underlying LinkedIn’s engagement and retention across push notifications, emails, and in-app notifications, and ran teams responsible for mobile growth and partnerships to drive LinkedIn's app activations. 
Worked with relevance, machine learning, and data science teams to personalize notification experiences at scale, increasing global product engagement by >50% while reducing send volume and complaints. 
I also created, rebuilt, and managed the LinkedIn Associate PM program, PM mentoring program, and new PM training curriculum.

Mytrus was acquired by Medidata Solutions in 2017.
