Carl Blue is a self-motivated individual with over 20 years of leadership skills, starting his career as an Air Borne Ranger Special Forces Drill Sergeant.

He has progressed from being a floorhand in 1977 to holding high-level positions such as Drill Site Manager, Drilling Supervisor, and Drilling Consultant in the Gulf of Mexico and 15 states across the US.

Carl's educational background includes studying Mechanical Engineering/Solar/Nuclear/Stationary Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians at Climate Control Inst.

Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Chocolate Flats Petroleum Inc, where he focuses on promoting teamwork, safety, and efficiency in task performance.
