He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with Honors, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Carl's professional experience includes leadership roles at Meta as Director, Snr Manager, and Head of Product Strategy in Reality Labs. Prior to that, he worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant. He also has experience as a Manager at ANZ and as a Consultant at Booz & Company.
