Carl Armato

Carl Armato is an accomplished healthcare executive, currently serving as the President and CEO of Novant Health, a major integrated healthcare network in the United States. He has been with Novant Health since 1998, taking on various leadership roles before being appointed CEO in January 2012. Under his leadership, Novant Health has grown significantly, with over $7 billion in revenue and more than 37,000 employees. Armato has been instrumental in transforming the organization into one of the top healthcare delivery networks in the country, recognized for its safety and quality of care.123
