Carissa Page is a seasoned public policy expert with over 17 years of experience in public service. She is a strategic planner and organizational change specialist, having worked with the likes of USAID, Nike Foundation, and the U.S. Congress. Carissa is a trained facilitator, presenter, and trainer, focusing on participatory processes and engaging stakeholders across different disciplines. She studied at Tufts University and Grinnell College, obtaining a Master of Arts in International Affairs (with concentrations in International Business and Development Economics) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies. Carissa's work has focused on inclusive finance and market development, developing government policies, process improvements, and designing multi-disciplinary programs. At present, Carissa is a Senior Project Design Advisor at the Policy, Planning and Learning Bureau of USAID, working remotely from Portland, Oregon.
