Carina Lieu
Carina Lieu is a transportation policy/planning and education professional with a rich background in working at various levels of government and with underserved populations in education.
Based in the SF Bay Area, Carina draws on her experiences in grassroots community organizing to provide insightful policy analysis, with a focus on fostering healthy and equitable communities through urban planning.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies and Asian American Studies from UC Berkeley and proceeded to obtain a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.
Her educational journey also includes studying at The University of Hong Kong as part of an exchange program, and at the University of California, Los Angeles as an Intercampus Visitor. Carina also expanded her expertise by attending the University of Michigan's Gerald Ford School of Public Policy PPIA program.
