Carie Davis is a seasoned professional with a background in design, design thinking, and lean startup methodologies, having worked within corporations like Coca-Cola and as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies.

She has specialized in crafting innovation strategies, training leaders in innovation methodologies, and building new capabilities to transform how people think, collaborate, and execute.

In recent years, Carie has focused on facilitating capital access for small businesses and high-growth startups, particularly in areas such as alternative funding models and equity crowdfunding in climate tech ventures.

Her educational background includes studies in Climate Tech for VC, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Startup Accelerator program at Flashpoint at Georgia Tech, and an Executive Program at Singularity University.

Throughout her career, Carie has held various roles such as Principal, Corporate Engagement at Third Derivative, Founder at No Deposit, No Return Ventures, Founder and Partner at Your Ideas Are Terrible, among others.

During her time at The Coca-Cola Company, she served in roles like Global Innovation Intelligence Manager, Senior Manager of Design Capability, Design Lead in Indonesia, and Industrial Design Manager in Global R&D.

Carie has also been involved in community initiatives, serving as the Director of Alternative Funding Models at Community Investment Corporation and launching an investment syndicate for early-stage founders in climate tech.

Her diverse experience encompasses designing and delivering curriculum through workshops, sprints, bootcamps, and coaching, aimed at driving innovation and fostering collaboration in various organizations.
