Cari Nazeer is an accomplished journalist and editor with an impressive career spanning several notable publications. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's degree in English, Science in Human Culture, and a minor in Gender Studies. Later on, she studied at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.

Nazeer's journalism career started as an Editorial Fellow at The Atlantic. From there, she worked her way up the ranks and served as Assistant Editor, Health and then Associate Editor, Science of Us at New York Magazine. Afterwards, Nazeer became a Senior Editor, Lead Editor, Forge, and then Deputy Editor of Forge at Medium. She was also the Content Lead, Self at the same platform. Presently, she is the Managing Editor at Charter.
