Starting from humble beginnings answering phones at a Ford dealership in northern California, she swiftly climbed the ranks to become a seasoned general manager at various dealerships in Southern California. Caren made history by being among the first to participate and complete the GM Women's Retail Initiative program, aimed at empowering women with dealership, entrepreneurial, and management acumen. She later acquired and successfully ran a Saturn dealership in San Juan Capistrano before venturing to Fresno to join the Fresno Lexus team.
At Fresno Lexus, Caren's community-focused ethos shines through as she engages in various philanthropic endeavors and partnerships with local school districts to mentor youth and support educational initiatives. Caren serves as the Chairman of the Fresno State Bulldog Athletic Foundation, sits on the Board of Directors for Valley Children's Foundation, and is part of the Advisory Council for Fresno State Craig Business School.
