Cardozie Jones is a highly accomplished NYC-based educator, artist, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the field. He is the founder and principal at True North EDI, a consultancy that focuses on Equity, Diversity, and Interdependence and works with various professional communities to create inclusive spaces that promote reflection, dialogue, and action-oriented change. With a Master's degree in Applied Theater from CUNY SPS, a Teacher's Certification in Educational Theater from City University of New York, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from City University of New York-Hunter College, Cardozie's immersive background in theater is reflected in his energetic and buoyant facilitation style. He believes that the weight of this work must not be experienced as insurmountable and strives to ensure that professional communities feel empowered and capable of creating change through deep reflection and action.

Cardozie has worked as an Equity Coach at NYU Metropolitan Center for Research and Equity and the Transformation of Schools, Co Artistic Director/Director-Choreographer at Youth Pride Chorus, Trainer at Border Crossers, Leadership, Culture, and Diversity Consultant at Independent Consultant, Manager of Youth Programming at Live Out Loud, and Assistant Principal at Williamsburg Charter School. His experience reflects his expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as his skills in facilitation, leadership, and program management.
