Key member of the HR Business Consulting team responsible for addressing all HR aspects of each business deal, including talent practices, compensation, benefits, communication, and change management to ensure a smooth transition of client employees hired into TCS.

As the HR Transition Manager, lead a large team responsible for hiring and integrating 2000+ client employees to TCS in one wave. This strategic and precedent setting engagement is valued over $2B. 

Performs stringent due diligence and analysis, drives integration planning and execution, manages the project plan, communication, collaboration and timely issue resolution with clients of all industries and revenue size.  Partners with business teams during the entire bid process, from proposal responses, solution development, client presentations, HR strategy recommendations, deal model assumptions, contract negotiation and risk mitigation.

AECOM is a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets, including transportation, facilities, environmental, energy, water and government.

Collaborate with key business leaders to support strategic and tactical business objectives to attract, retain and engage the workforce within the Power business group for Fossil, Nuclear and Transmission & Distribution projects.  Oversee a team responsible for human resources activities for 1500+ employees located in two offices and various field locations in multiple states.  
•	Responsibilities include but are not limited to organizational restructuring, talent management, employee relations, policy implementation and interpretation, compensation planning, employee (re)assignments, and Affirmative Action and diversity goals.
•	Partner with Engineering leadership and Talent Development to build a human resource planning model to identify skill and knowledge gaps and develop specific training and development programs for filling deficiencies within leadership and technical competencies.  
•	Collaborate with division/corporate level Human Resources groups to continue improving programs, policies and practices that align with business needs and enhances the overall employment culture.
•	Ensure consistent compliance of regulatory and company policies through proficient execution and resolution of employee relations, Affirmative Action programs, recruiting and onboarding processes, state and federal wage and benefit laws, termination procedures and compensation practices.
•	Selected by senior management to be part of a two-year Industry/Academic research team responsible to identify and propose best practices in Succession Planning for the Construction/Engineering industry.

Hired as an IT Recruiter for the start-up financial software firm, Princeton Financial Systems, Inc., which was acquired by State Street in 1996. Quickly progressed into a HR Generalist responsible for recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, policy development, employee relations, international HR support, and overall HR administration. Advanced to a HR Business Partner, VP for SSC operations within mutual funds, investment management services and risk management in the NJ/NY/PA region. Employee population supported was 600+ in a global, highly matrixed environment. Responsibilities included managing a staff of both internal and external employees.
