Previously, Cara has worked at Invoca in roles such as People Development Specialist and People & Culture Operations Coordinator, demonstrating her commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.

Prior to her time at Invoca, Cara gained experience as a Strategic Alliance Specialist and Sr. Marketing Coordinator at Vail Resorts, where she honed her skills in marketing and strategic partnerships.

Cara also has a background in administrative functions, having worked as a Payroll Specialist at CoAdvantage and in various roles at Vail Resorts, including Regional Administrative Assistant and Assistant Manager / Cashier at Vail Resorts Retail.
