Cara Higgins

Cara Higgins is an accomplished attorney and managing partner at Cara Higgins Law, located in Key West, Florida. With over two decades of legal experience, she specializes in litigation and has a significant background in both state and federal court cases. Her practice areas include complex civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, probate, administrative and regulatory matters, construction law, animal law, and real estate cases.12

Higgins is also a Certified Mediator and operates a Mediation Center in Key West, offering services for mediation and arbitration. Her legal career began after graduating magna cum laude from West Virginia University in 1995 and earning her Juris Doctor from Villanova School of Law in 1998.
