Cara Henderson

Cara Henderson is an experienced educator and leader who values building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. With a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and an MA in Education from top-tier universities like the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her work. Henderson has worked in a variety of roles, including Founding Head of Upper School at St. Francis Episcopal School, World Language Department Chairperson, Director of Special Projects, and Spanish Teacher at The Emery/Weiner School, and Spanish Teacher at St. John's School. She has also taught at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Shorewood High School at Shoreline School District. Henderson is passionate about advocating for student voice, teacher leadership, and collaborative relationships with parents and families. Through her work, she strives to create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all.
