Cara Ferrick is a seasoned professional with a profound knowledge of Yoga and business practices.

Her journey began when she discovered Bikram Yoga at 18 while pursuing studies in International Business and Spanish in Boulder.

After a stint with Ralph Lauren in New York City and extensive global travel experiences, including voyaging by boat, she returned to Boulder.

With a career spanning 17 years at CorePower Yoga, Cara has honed her skills in sales, marketing, promotions, team management, and business development, particularly in the Colorado market.

Currently, she holds the roles of co-owner and regional OPS manager at the CorePower Yoga franchise network in the California Central Coast.

Cara Ferrick's educational background includes studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.

She is actively engaged as a Board Member at Ghost Flower and has held key positions such as Owner, Regional Operations Manager, and Lead at Central Coast Yoga/CorePower Yoga, as well as Regional Manager at the same organization.

Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as an Assistant to Ralph Lauren at Polo Ralph Lauren.
