Cara Bubes is an accomplished architect with a strong background in creating exceptional event experiences. She combines her operational, logistical, and creative skills to design and execute world-class events, programming, and shared experiences for groups of varying sizes. Cara's passion lies in working for brands that positively disrupt traditional industries and challenge the status quo.

Cara's qualifications include a B.S. in Recreation, Major: Tourism Management, Minor: Recreation & Park Administration from Indiana University Bloomington. With over a decade of experience in the event industry, she has held various positions, including Director of Experiential Marketing, U.S., Canada & Israel, Programming & Events Director, U.S. & Canada East, and Senior Marketing Events Manager, U.S. & Canada at WeWork. Additionally, she has been the Director of Event Operations at Summit, Conference & Retreat Manager at Summit Powder Mountain, and Associate Event Producer & Operations Director at Summit Series, among others.

Cara is currently Head of Events & Programming at Chief and previously served on the Board Of Advisors at Lennd. She is highly regarded for her expertise in creating event strategies, overseeing event budgets, managing vendor relationships, and building team morale. Her outstanding achievements in the event industry have earned her a reputation for excellence.
