Candy Rui

Candy Rui is a high-achieving individual with a passion for public health and anthropology, academically excelling throughout her time at Brown University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and Egyptology with a perfect 4.0 GPA. In her professional life, Candy has held roles in staffing operations and research in medical centers, starting at Google as a Staffing Operations Associate before becoming a Senior Staffing Operations Associate. Before that, she worked as a Triage Team Coordinator at Health Leads, as well as a Patient Advocate. She has also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Research Intern at Brown University and the University of California, San Francisco, respectively. Candy's interests also include journalism, evidenced by her role as a Production Intern at Guangdong Television, and her love for exploring different cultures seen during her time as a CultureLab Assistant at Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology.
