Candice Willmore

Candice Willmore SHRM-CP, MBA is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF).12 She has held this position since September 2021, after previously working as the Human Resources Manager at the same organization from September 2020.1
