Candice Mayan

Candice DeForest is a seasoned communications and PR consultant with extensive experience working within the financial, technology, and e-commerce sectors. Candice initially worked at the Federal Reserve Bank during the financial crisis before transitioning her career to enterprise tech. In recent years, she has worked with startups and CEOs and has helped grow and scale businesses through strategic PR and communications programs. Candice is a leader in managing remote teams remotely and has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors, including ecommerce, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI, marketing, big data and analytics, renewable energy, and health and wellness. Candice is a nutrition therapy consultant with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations & Advertising from Chapman University Dodge College of Film & Media Arts. She is fluent in French and has a passion for promoting childhood literacy and access to food security.
