Candace Tate

Candace Tate is an accomplished professional with a diverse background. She is a graduate of the prestigious Spence School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wesleyan University. She also earned a Master of Science in Special Education from Long Island University. Her professional experience includes roles in human resources, operations management, finance, and legal recruitment.

Tate currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mcmaster-Carr, where she is responsible for partnering with leaders to manage their team's talent needs. Prior to this, she worked as an Operations Supervisor at the same company.
