Camille E. Trummer
Product Support Manager at Google and WordPress Instructor
Camille Elmore-Trummer is a strategic communicator with a passion for social justice. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as Account Manager at Brink Communications, a women-owned marketing, communications, and design firm in Portland. Before joining Brink, Camille worked at the City of Portland’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability where she created communication strategies for urban planning and sustainability initiatives. She also served as policy advisor to former Mayor Charlie Hales, where she forged strong relationships with elected officials and developed sustainable urban policies.
Camille is a graduate of the University of Washington, where she earned a B.A. in Cultural Communication and Comparative History. She also studied abroad in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Cape Town, South Africa. Later, she received a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications from Northwestern University. Her expertise includes grassroots and organic marketing, branding, content creation, and community engagement. She is especially passionate about social justice issues including reproductive/maternal health, urban planning, and climate action.
Outside of her work, Camille is an accomplished photographer who enjoys taking lifestyle images of family and friends. She is active on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms where she connects with fellow professionals and engages with her followers.
