Director of Sales - Marketing Automation for Insurance Agency/Agents

Streampage is 'Push Button Marketing for Small Business' -  We created a Marketing Automation software that uses AI to drive results for our customers.  Our software provides an easy to use solution for small business owners with sales reps or agents.  Our system is currently deployed across North America with more than 1.8 Million businesses receiving the benefits of our service via our email and social media platforms.My role is to manage key accounts during the finding and onboarding process.  Including oversight of the customer's experience with regard to design and functionality and success of the experience.-In a recent pilot in the insurance industry, we were able to launch agents on our platform on average of 7 minutes for the entire year. This provided them with multiple email campaigns and social media posts. Freeing up the agents(Small Business Owners) time to focus on building their business, not Marketing. -In comparison, it would take on average 11 hours each month(12mo x 132 hours) using competitive software to create what we provided in the initial 7 minutes in the first month.-Results - a comparison of clicks-throughs using Streampage we noted 723% more engagement than our competitors. Improved communications with the client and agent.  All done through the AI used in the Streampage platform. Director of New Business Development - Strategic Partnerships

Responsible to provide solutions to eliminate technical barriers to entry with existing and potential customers.  Responsibilities include:- Manage Programs / Projects with customer's printer circuit boards (PCB's) and devices from our initial contact through full production.- Facilitate communication with internal teams and customer engineering, production, supply chain and quality organizations.- Work with many materials, directly with customer's engineering teams to identify solutions and opportunities using CVD- Parylene coating technology.- Development of preliminary work instructions for devices from which pricing could be developed.- Prepared cost estimates for new coating projects on customer's electronics(PCB's) using Excel- Provided internal training and technical presentations for the customers- Development of new methods of preparation for the coating process ( 4 Patents)- Working with engineering to develop custom solutions protecting electronics from gas, or liquid damage to the electronics or any substrate.

Director of Applications Engineering (Sales Engineering)

Support all three Business Units at HZO  to provide technical solutions for electronic devices. Working with Compaq, Dell, Gateway, Micron visiting their manufacturing facilities and meeting with engineering staff procurement teams to eliminate barrriers and make the sale.-  Worked on “Design Verification Testing” (DVT) with each OEM’s custom test parameters       -  Achieved qualification of drives with Dell and Gateway – resulting in $15M in sales-  Traveled monthly to various customer locations working with our engineering and design teams frequently.

Technical Sales Manager, OEM business for Computer storage Consumer and Enterprise Sales

Worked in Product Assurance Lab testing Iomega products to engineering specifications and certifying these products met our published specification.  I accepted an engineering position working in the Media area where we built and certified the Bernoulli disks prior to shipping. After two years I worked in the Head testing area and had responsibility to maintain equipment used in this process. One years later  I was moved to the Drive Production area where I had the responsibility over the Reliabilty Chambers. Here we tested the combination of head assemblies and media for a period of 24 hours prior to shipping. I was tasked to determine if it was possible to shorten the burn-in test based on archived data. The data allowed me to implement a 50% reduction in the burn-in time. I was able to move to the Quality department and manage the Failure Analysis team. This provided opportunity to collect data from field returns and feedback information to our engineering team about design issues in the real world. It also provided data to use to proactively contact customers with failed media and resolve the root cause.I also worked in Marketing/Sales as a Technical Marketing Manager in Sales. Managing the customer expectations and  providing direction to Iomega's engineering teams on applications we could sell product into.  Met with customers from Japan, Europe and the US. Working with US Government departments, Military contractors, Music Industry, Computer Manufactures
