Cameron Dubes brings over 40 years of campaign management and major gifts experience, primarily serving as a consultant to renowned nonprofit organizations like CCS Fundraising.
Having worked as Vice President at CCS Fundraising for almost a decade, Cameron has also founded and led his firm, Like Minds, LLC, for nearly a decade before a short sabbatical and later joining the University of Chicago as the Executive Director of Development.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Journalism from Iowa State University.
Currently, Cameron is engaged in special projects for the University of Florida in Miami and Gainesville, Florida in collaboration with CCS Fundraising, after a hiatus of 14 years.
His notable involvements span across various organizations and roles, showcasing a rich tapestry of experiences in fundraising, campaign management, and leadership within the nonprofit sector.
