He excels in helping clients define and achieve their commercial real estate needs by offering innovative and cost-effective solutions, prioritizing his client's best interests to allow them to focus on their core business activities.

His areas of expertise include sourcing locations for local users of office and industrial real estate, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and sales/leasebacks.

Outside of work, Cameran is an active individual, enjoying activities such as golf, tennis, running, and participating in triathlons like IronMan.

He is involved in community and academic organizations, including the UC Irvine / Merage School of Business Dean's Leadership Circle, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Southern California as a Board Member, and Big Brothers of Orange County as a Big Brother.
