Cale Spencer graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in Finance in 2012. He began his career as a Traditional Security Officer at G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. and then transitioned to work in web development. Cale learned HTML and CSS in his free time and eventually became a Front-end Web Developer at Whitelabel Collaborative. He has since transitioned to work primarily as a Back-end Engineer for the same company, where Ruby and Ruby on Rails serve as the primary server-side language.

Cale has also had experience as a Model at Heyman Talent Agency, Mechanical Systems Student Team Leader and Technician at Indiana Wesleyan University, Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters, Technology Lab Assistant at Pettisville High School, and Wendy's Employee at Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc.
