Cal Draper

Cal Draper is a passionate ministry field staff with a holistic vision of community, who has been fostering one to one developmental relationships with 41 students during his two years of experience at RUF (Reformed University Fellowship) while promoting a curriculum of personal and organizational growth. With expertise in identifying and actualizing potential for individual growth, Cal has facilitated 28 students in executing 11 major group events and developed financial relationships with a team of 65 philanthropic investors.

Cal graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a concentration in modernism, liberal arts, and humanities and later started his career as a litigation case manager at Russell, Oliver & Stephens, PLC. He also worked in different roles at Bellhops, including Success, Customer Care, and Concierge.

Cal's experience and skills make him an asset in fostering student relationships, organizational growth, and financial management. His passion for developing a holistic vision of community and skills in identifying potential for individual growth makes him a valuable addition to any team.
