Caitlyn Byther

Caitlyn Byther is the Senior Director of Marketing & Business Development Operations at Sendero Consulting. In her role, she is responsible for shaping the firm's marketing and business development strategies, which include overseeing sales enablement, client relations, and integrated marketing initiatives. She focuses on brand strategy, audience development, thought leadership content, events, and community involvement, leveraging her expertise in market positioning to help Sendero connect with current and potential clients.1

Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University and has over 15 years of experience in professional services. Additionally, she is a returned Peace Corps volunteer from Guyana, South America. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing in Colorado, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and trying new recipes.12
