Caitlin Roberts

Caitlin Roberts is an experienced Director with a strong background in the higher education industry, specializing in Organizational Development, Recruiting, Social Media, Training, and Volunteer Management.

Caitlin pursued her education at Pepperdine University, where she earned her M.A. in Psychology, and at California State University-San Bernardino, where she obtained her B.A. in Psychology.

Throughout her career, Caitlin has held key positions in various organizations, including Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Oregon, Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life and Engagement at the University of North Georgia, and Assistant Director of Student Life and Development at California State University, Long Beach.

In addition to her roles in academia, Caitlin has also been involved in leadership positions such as being on the Board of Directors at the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values and working as an Interactive Workshops Facilitator at CAMPUSPEAK.
