Caitlin Marshall
Assistant to the Gender Advisor at NATO
Caitlin Marshall is a PhD researcher at the University of Kent's Brussel School of International Studies. She holds an MPA in Public Administration from Arkansas State University, and Master's degree in International Migration and a PhD in International Relations from University of Kent. Marshall has experience working as an Assistant to the Gender Advisor at NATO, and as a logistical officer (Mission Support Command in Europe) at the United States Army Reserve.
Additionally, Caitlin has also served as a former NATO Summit Operational Support at German Marshall Fund & The Atlantic Council, a former Career Advisor, Trainer & Coach at Key2advance, and a former Conference Assistant at German Marshall Fund. She has also volunteered as a grant writer at Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub and worked as a Water Park Manager at the City of Jacksonville.
