Caitlin Kawaguchi is a social impact strategist with expertise in social innovation, program design, partnership development, and strategic communication. Her passion for driving positive change for people and the planet led her to earn a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies with a focus on Community Development and Human Rights from LIU Global.

She's currently the Chief of Operations at Parkes Philanthropy, where she's building a social impact consultancy that offers tailored teams and on-demand experts to help nonprofits, companies, and individuals grow their impact. Her experience includes leading impact activations with Fortune 500 companies and national nonprofits, managing digital strategy for successful national advocacy campaigns, and designing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns for nonprofits.

Caitlin has also worked for various organizations in different capacities, including the Greenwork Initiative at Peacework, the ACLU, the United Nations, and StartingBloc. She's a former Social Innovation Fellow at StartingBloc, a former Advisor at Bird + Stone, and a former Content & Engagement Strategist at The Forum for Youth Investment.
