I was a residential counselor at a mental health crisis program. I was in charge of leading the program which involved following the daily schedule, conducting groups, performing intakes and discharge paperwork, as well as observing and documenting behaviors. I also offered support and guidance to clients by listening to them and assisting them in maintaining a structured daily routine.
