Caitlin Castevens is a passionate advocate for empowering women in technology and leveraging digital marketing for personal and professional growth.

With over a decade of experience in digital sales and inbound marketing, Caitlin is known as a 'digital marketing therapist' for her ability to provide effective solutions and drive data-focused growth.

Aside from running her own small business, Caitlin also serves as an inbound marketing specialist at HubSpot Partner Clariant Creative, where she assists small and medium-sized businesses in achieving success through inbound sales and marketing strategies.

She is actively involved in the community, co-founding initiatives like the Charlotte Student Entrepreneur Summit and serving as a board member for the neighborhood Merchants' Association.

Caitlin is a dedicated advocate for women in technology, co-hosting the Lady Tech Charmers podcast and co-founding Carolina Women in Tech, a regional organization providing mentorship, scholarships, and networking opportunities to over 2000 women.

She has a rich educational background, studying Organizational Communication, Criminal Justice, Human Resources Management, and Communication at UNC Charlotte, Middlesex University, and Central Piedmont Community College.
