Caitlin Bootsma

Caitlin Bootsma is a seasoned Communications professional with a strong background in working for Catholic non-profits. With extensive experience in writing, public relations, social media management, website skills, and crisis communications, Caitlin has a diverse skill set honed through her educational background and practical knowledge.

Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Systematic Theology, Summa Cum Laude, from Notre Dame Graduate School at Christendom College. She also pursued studies in Social Communications at Pontificia Universita delle Santa Croce and completed a Bachelor's degree in History and Theology from The University of Dallas, fostering a comprehensive understanding of both communication and theological concepts.

Over the course of her career, Caitlin has been associated with various impactful organizations, including her current role as an Independent Coach at Radiant Boldness. She previously served as an Editor at Truth and Charity Forum, Communications Director at Fuzati, and held several positions at the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, including Communications Associate, Interim Communications Director, and New Media Coordinator.
