Caisey Jefferson Kakascik

Caisey J Kakascik is a seasoned human resources executive, known for her expertise in talent management, business development, and relationship-building. She started her career as a Manager, Business Development at American Express, where she gained fundamental skills in sales, marketing, and customer service. With time, she took on several leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources Business Partner, Director of Human Resources, Phoenix Market, and Director Assistant, Executive Talent Management & US Consumer Services HR Business Partner. Currently, she sits at the helm of the company's human resources department as Vice President, Human Resources. Caisey holds a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
