Caio started his professional journey after earning a degree in Engenharia Cartográfica from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He later went on to pursue a Mestrado (Stricto Sensu) em Engenharia de Transportes from the University of São Paulo, where he studied algorithmic optimization for vehicle routing with time windows. He has previously held roles as a Supply Chain Manager and Senior Consultant at EY and a Supply Chain Consultant at Neolog Consultoria e Sistemas Ltda.

Throughout his career, Caio has shown a keen interest in advancing digital transformation in the logistics industry. He is widely recognized for his expertise in supply chain management and logistics optimization, and he has used his knowledge and experience to help a broad range of businesses improve their customer experience while reducing operational costs.

In his spare time, Caio loves spending time with friends and family. He currently lives in São Paulo with his wife and newborn baby.
