Amanda Dixon is a distinguished individual with extensive expertise in beauty therapy and human resource management. She received a diploma in Beauty Therapy from Perth College of Beauty Therapy and obtained an intermediate certificate 5 in Human Resource Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT. She further pursued her education and achieved a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources Management and Marketing at Curtin University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.

With her academic background, Amanda has held a number of professional positions in varying capacities. She begins her career with roles as a receptionist and administrator. She also worked as a Resource Administrator and Resource Coordinator at Rufus Leonard before moving on to take on the role of Production and Resource Manager at Cityscape Digital.
