Background and Experience
Cadran has a strong background in technology and engineering. Prior to founding Elpha, she worked in product engineering at Y Combinator and was part of the Cloud Automation team at MongoDB. She has also been involved with early-stage startups, being one of the first five employees at two different companies. Cadran holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Biology, as well as a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics.134
