James Ferme is a business leader and relationship builder with extensive experience in the printing industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, Ferme learned early on that trust, dependability, and relationship building are critical components of successful business operations. As the former Vice President of Sales at Thomson Digital, Cenveo, and Cadmus Communications, he has a wealth of experience managing and distributing print-based materials across industries.

In 2011, Ferme founded the Business Impact Group, a person-to-person business development community that supports business owners, professional service firms, and executive sales professionals. The organization comprises 100 members and multiple geographic Teams without competing interests. This structure fosters an ideal environment for members to build trust, establish relationships, and grow their businesses.

Ferme's other accomplishments include being the Co-founder and President of FLIP Society's Future Long Island Project, Managing Partner of American Business Associates, and VP of Sales at Bradford & Bigelow.
