Sherwood Neiss, a renowned crowdfunding expert and co-founder of Crowdfund Capital Advisors, has played a key role in the legalization of equity and lending-based crowdfunding in the United States. Mr. Neiss has advised and served certain governments and multi-lateral organizations worldwide, including the Inter-American Development Bank, governments of Malaysia, Chile, Israel, and the UAE, professional investors, crowdfunding professionals, and the entrepreneurial community.
