Frank Engli is a seasoned engineering professional with over 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked on six different sites managing projects, maintenance, HSSE, and turnaround management. His expertise lies in improving business practices, safety, contracts management, and implementing sustainability management programs. Frank holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Eng in Aerospace from the University of Toronto, and an EMBA from Saint Mary’s University. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt (Lean) with a proven track record of problem-solving skills and delivering impactful results.

Frank has worked for some of the top companies in the energy sector, including Shell Canada Products Limited and Imperial Oil. Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of numerous industry awards for his outstanding contributions to the industry. He has also built a strong network across Alberta and North America and regularly speaks at various conferences, webinars, and podcasts.
