Ricardo Freoa is a renowned lawyer with extensive experience advising both national and foreign companies involved in complex matters related to accounting, finance, and corporate law. After receiving a degree in Law and a Master's degree in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo, he has worked with large public companies as well as private investors in the securities market to provide legal guidance in areas ranging from corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions to contractual law and reorganizational structuring. Ricardo is an expert in representing companies, administrators, and investors in sanctioning administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). Additionally, he has been involved in various judicial and arbitration proceedings, advising clients in disputes involving public and private companies.
