Sales Operations Analyst

VLE Support

Responsibilities include generating, maintaining and closing new/renewal business for Trend Micro’s Strategic accounts which include lead management and sales cycle coordination in greenfield and existing Fortune 500 and Top 100 Private accounts including Service Provider accounts. Also, sourcing renewal escalations (at risk and lost accounts) while maintaining current customers by offering roadmaps, executive briefings or coordinating with field marketing to schedule events. Other responsibilities include lead sourcing, appointment setting, assisting team at any and all events, and  coordinating with all sales resources (channel, marketing and alliances) to ensure the Regional Account Managers and VLE Account Managers are fully engaged with new prospects and leads.

Strategic Service Rep

Directed Renewal and New Product Sales, in addition to field sales support for assigned territory, providing inside sales support for Service Provider team.  As part of an effective sales collaboration, consistently exceed sales quota and customer expectations, strengthening relationship with channel partners to maintain and grow current accounts.

Enterprise Renewal Rep

Directed Renewal and New Product Sales for mid-enterprise accounts, in addition to field sales support for assigned territory, providing inside sales support for Service Provider team. As part of an effective sales collaboration, consistently exceed sales quota and customer expectations, strengthening relationship with channel partners to maintain and grow current accounts.

Ment Renewals

Acting as the Sales Ops liaison, reporting and providing necessary analytics; maintained the renewal sales strategy for the organization.  Coordinated the sales cycles for all contract pricing within region and maintained strong relationships to further business.

Mid Market Renewals

Responsible for renewal and new product sales for assigned territory, maintaining high sales numbers and increasing customer base.  Generated & distributed reports for channel partners to improve renewal rates and trained junior sales professionals in customer retention techniques and customer service.

SMB Sales

Provided operations leadership and training, managing a staff of 50 between 2 shifts Built client relationships to encourage sales, and oversaw Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable divisions.
