Dorothy Deasy is an Associate Chaplain and a Spiritual Director/Intuition Coach with a wealth of professional experience in diverse fields, ranging from organizational psychology, design research, branding consultancy, and market research. Dorothy has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master's degree in Applied Theology (Pastoral Care and Spiritual Direction) from Marylhurst University. She has also recently completed a certification in Spiritual Direction from the Center for Urban Spirituality.

Dorothy is a certified Critical Incident Stress Management practitioner who currently works as an Associate Chaplain at Peace-Health Hospital. She previously served at PeaceHealth as a Volunteer in CV/ICU. Her work revolves around being a companion to people who are seeking answers to existential and spiritual questions. Dorothy also works as a coach, facilitator, speaker, writer, workshop leader, and pulpit supplier on social, cultural, and spiritual issues in the technological age. Dorothy is interested in emerging technologies and how they shape human culture.

Dorothy has an excellent sense of humor and uses creative, intuitive approaches to help individuals, teams, couples, and groups manage stress, improve communication, and find meaning, connection, purpose, or empathy. She is committed to seeing, hearing, and honoring people's pain, joy, wounds, gifts, and journeys. Nothing is too big or small for her to handle as she listens attentively and offers compassionate support to clients.
