Sathish K S is a technical leader with over 17 years of experience in architecture, team building, execution and delivery, and customer focus. He is currently managing Dataplatform and Fraud prevention engineering at Ola, where he architected the Fraud management platform. Prior to this, Sathish was the Technical architect of multiple Cisco IoT solutions and was part of the Weblogic Server development team. He has in-depth knowledge of distributed system technologies, messaging systems, microservice architecture, EAI, SOA, REST services, and NoSQL DBs.

Sathish has extensive experience in OO, application of integration patterns, pattern-based analysis and design, TDD Agile methodologies, and open-source technologies. He also has familiarity with Javascript-based web technologies.

Sathish studied Chemical and Electrochem eng at Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), and completed additional studies at HOLY INNOCENTS and International Institute of Information Technology – Bangalore.

In the past, Sathish has held leadership positions at various organizations, including VP of Engineering and Director of Engineering at zeotap, and Engineering Manager at Ola, Cisco, and BEA Systems. He also worked as Senior Software Engineer at GXS, Management trainee at Zensar Technologies, and Intern at Vmoksha Technologies.
