Eduardo Neubern is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in the tech, financial services, payments, and loyalty sectors. He has a strong track record of building, expanding, and turning around businesses, along with strategic, innovation, and analytical skills. Neubern is an expert in hunting, farming, and P&L optimization, with a passion for customer obsession, usability, engagement, and loyalty. Having completed an MBA in Business Administration at both the University of Victoria and São Paulo Business School, Neubern also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

Neubern has held various leadership roles throughout his career. He served as the Executive Director of TechFin at TOTVS and as the Key Accounts Sales Director at Cielo. Neubern was also the Head of Loyalty Solutions for MasterCard in the Southern Cone and LAC and the Mobile Payments Director for MasterCard in LatAm. Additionally, Neubern held Head of Loyalty and M-Payment roles at Oi/Telemar and Senior Manager of Mobile Payment Portfolio positions at both Oi/Telemar and Bradesco. Earlier in his career, Neubern also worked in marketing positions for American Express and SAP.
