These courses helped him gain knowledge about the design aspects of process plants and the stages involved in bringing a plant from concept to commissioning.

Kamal's professional journey started at Emirates Global Aluminium's Al Taweelah Alumina Refinery Project in Abudhabi as a Jr. Site Engineer. During this time, he handled piping, structural, and equipment discipline activities of the plant while maintaining a prime focus on improving efficiency, quality of work, and adhering to project schedules. Kamal's strong leadership skills, time and resource management abilities, sense of ownership, and excellent interpersonal skills set him apart from others and led to his success in his role.
