Driving the digital agenda in the organization undergoing modernization and digital process automation. Acting as the intermediate between the IT and Business, challenging both sides on what is possible while simultaneously focusing on structure and best practices. Acting a digital advisor for the business and as sparring partner for the colleagues

Main areas of focus:

1. Driving Prove of Value for new technology or approaches
2. Business process architecture to cater for the new digital ways of working

Chief Consultant - Digital Advisor at Center of Digital Excellence

Assuring that Wealth Management organisation establishes strong yet simple  processes supporting legislative and risk-based demands with main focus on Know You Customer (KYC) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) procedures. Moreover establishing governance processes and visual management systems around Internal Audit remarks.      

Main areas of focus: 
1.	Forming processes and teams to assure compliance with AML legislation for both natural  and entities.  Creating awareness regarding Know Your Customers (KYC) procedures that not only secure the Bank license to operate, fulfill its role in society , but also create a competitive edge
2.	Development of processes and systems to support smooth reporting of customers with foreign tax obligations to Danish Tax authorities. Covering both FATCA/CRS legislation 
3. Contributing to development of end-to-end digital self-service  KYC/ODD solution. With main goal to enhance customer experience , data quality  and reduce manual effort. 

Main achievements to date: 

1.	Set up of specialized KYC teams and introducing uniform compliant  customer on boarding process , that reduced error rate by more than 30 percent point to 5%  and significantly reduced reprocessing and revisiting customers. 
2.	Establishing governance process that helped reducing by half the amount of opened internal audit remarks

Senior Consultant - Anti Money Loundring (AML) and Regulatory Implementation

Lead for work stream covering inventory management of newly introduced tracking devices fitted to refrigeration container fleet in excess of 250k units.  A work stream that enabled introduction of industry breaking live handling of sensitive cargo around the globe, both on land and at sea. Simultaneously, the outcome of the project is unmatched transparency on equipment and vendor performance, significant cost reduction on equipment handling side by automation and standardization.
     
Highlights:

•	Developed global process that reduced discrepancies in inventory by multi-fold and assured that the outcome of the multi-million dollar project could be introduced to global community.
•	Participated in preparation and execution of the global roll out of the remote management  and cargo handling system in eight regional operational centers with excellent feedback 
•	Stabilized and anchored the inventory management process with extended offshore team in India

Development and Implementation Manager  - Remote Container Management Project

Role spanning across business performance and communication management. Main area of 
responsibility is analysis and reporting of development in weekly cargo volumes and profitability for 
120+ major customers to senior management and global key client community. Moreover, I have 
worked with key client managers to create individual client business cases enabling senior 
management to get a quick yet thorough overview of a key client in focus.

Analyzing established processes and designing new to cater for adoption of industry leading asset management technology for the refrigerating container business. The primary goals of the project are to optimize and streamline the operational set-up and to provide unmatched transparency to shipping lines customers.

- Estimating benefits associated with implementation of the new management technology
- Design of new operational processes and insure buy-in from standing organization 
- Setting up and analyzing pilot runs

- Design of new accounting system for the municipality
