Eric Morton is a highly experienced attorney with over 30 years of experience in business law and intellectual property law. He runs his own firm, Clear Sky Law Group, P.C., with offices in Carlsbad and Oakland. He is known for his honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism, always prioritizing his clients' best interests. Eric is passionate about helping business owners and entrepreneurs plan for the future, and offers a wide range of legal services including trademark registration and litigation, contracts, business sales, buy/sell agreements, partnerships, copyrights, trade secrets, trademark licensing, and business disputes.

Before starting his own firm, Eric worked for several Orange County law firms, gaining experience in business law and litigation. He is also an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law, where he teaches trademark law and supervises the trademark clinic. Eric's firm also includes attorneys Kellie Delaney and Caron Woodward, who bring expertise in real estate, estate planning, and litigation.

Eric earned his J.D. in Law from Western State College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Prior to his legal career, Eric served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.
